<image:title>Research and writing - “Deborah brings to life the history of typical 1930s British houses using stories from the archives of the real families for whom such houses were home. For anyone who wants to research the history of their own house, her new introduction gives away some key tricks of the trade.”</image:title>

      <image:title>#HouseHistoryHour - #HouseHistoryHour</image:title>
<image:caption>Founded in lockdown in May 2020, the Twitter @HouseHistoryHr account was run by Deborah and leading house historians Karen Averby, Mel Backe-Hansen, Gill Blanchard, the late Audrey Collins, Ellen Leslie, Keith Searle, Cathy Soughton and Jill Stewart until August 2023. On the first and third Thursdays of the month from 7-8pm we took it turns to host, sometimes with a special guest. We used the hashtag #HouseHistoryHour in Tweets to discuss, share and pose questions about house history. See @HouseHistoryHr or visit the website</image:caption>
